We have a home that was built in 1924 and we hired AAA to inspect it for lead. They were incredibly thorough and tested every exterior, and interior surface as well as our detached car port and walk in basement. We also had them test our water. They do not push you for unnecessary tests. They are honest and professional. The report is very thorough so we know exactly where the problem areas of our house are and can proceed accordingly.

AAA Lead Consultants came out to inspect my ceramic shower tiles and wall paint before we remodel one of our showers. He was prompt, personable, and professional and tested a few other areas as well, which I very much appreciated. I'm so very glad I thought to have the tiles tested before remodeling as they contain a very high level of lead. My home was built in 1977. I babysit my 2 year-old granddaughter, and I shudder to think I almost had them ripped out before testing. I was surprised to find the ceramic tiles in my entry and kitchen also contain lead though at a much lower concentration, and they are much newer than the shower tiles which are original, so I won't be replacing them anytime soon. Don't know what I'm going to do about the shower yet, but I highly recommend AAA Lead Consultants for any lead testing needed in your home.
