Who can perform a lead inspection in California?
For paid lead hazard evaluations in covered residential and public buildings, California uses CDPH-certified lead professionals. AAA Lead’s principal, Michael Cohn, holds California lead-related construction certifications and AAA Lead lists CDPH certification #437.
